SYDNEY FISHING REPORT

Two top fish from the drop off at Watts Reef.

Soft plastic did the job well for Jason on these two Flathead
just wide from Towra Point.

Kingie that smash a live bait at Watts Reef.

The boys and Bonito they trolled up early morning.

Well after a short break I was back in the Bay over the weekend and the fishing was about as it can get in Sydney, the Drums produced Trevally early only a small run but plenty of them we then headed to the mouth of the Bay and found Bonito in good numbers on the troll.

Hit the bait grounds in Yarra and how many yellow tail can the bait tank hold before heading to the drop off at Watts Reef to fish the run out tide and we caught Trevally, Bream, Flathead, Leather Jacket and one Kingie that smashed a live bait what a top session and a great day on the Bay.

Sunday had us off shore for the day and the weather was kind flat seas and little wind, Trolling again pick up as many Bonito as one would needed and I think five is ample as there are only good eating fresh but you might keep the odd one for bait but it needs to be salted down.

we then anchored in close on Yellow rock but found this quite maybe the conditions were to good, I then pushed to the north to the next spot and caught Trevally, Small Snapper and a small King before pushing wide to fish the bottom but this was dead tough to lose a bait.

Off to the Flathead ground straight out from Little Bay in 45metres and this stave the trip and put quite a few good Flathead in the box and quite a few Jackets.
