WILD AND WINDY

Port Jackson Sharks feed across the sandy bottom in Botany Bay,
This big fella was put back after a quick photo.
Trevally are at there best at this time of the year.

Spinning with soft plastics is worth a shot with quality fish around like this.

Another new species caught a Gar fish, caught on one of Bushy Devil Vibes.

Well a wild windy weekend and tough out on the water, We fished Saturday and the morning was rather good until the wind came up, but we pull a pretty good day together in testing conditions out on the Bay, Trevally are about in small school, Trevally Alley, the third runway are two spots that produced well on Friday and Saturday.
In the wild weather on Saturday from the west we fished in behind the wall at Trevally Alley and then head straight to Brighton as this is a top spot in strong winds from the west, Spinning for Flathead was a little slow but we landed a few nice fish one of 67cms was the best and a new species on the Devil Vibes a Gar Fish these little lures keep producing the results and strange ones at that.

Weipa hard to beat
Yes back in the big smoke after a few weeks fishing the wild waters of Weipa.
All that join us for the week had a top trip with great weather, the fishing proved a little on the tough side which is rather strange for this area as there are so many different species to target but with a little hard work all boated quite a few quality fish along the way and muddies as well.

Botany Bay report
Nathan took over while I was away and spent a few days fishing the Bay and found the fishing not to bad, had a tough day in the middle but found quite a few fish to keep all keen.
I will have a fresh report next week after I have hit the water this weekend.
