FISHING REPORT SYDNEY

FISHING REPORT
Anzac day we headed off shore for our first shot at Snapper down south for the season and that went out the window as the west wind came up and just about blew us away so fishing wide was off the cards, we headed towards the cliffs for protection and did well on Bream, Trevally and Salmon and trolling between each spot we caught small Bonito, what a windy day.
Saturday and Sunday we fished Botany Bay and did well both days on Trevally at Trevally Alley, Sunday early the fish turn it on again with Bream in the mix before the wind from the south came through the Bay and we headed for protection over at Kurnell and fished Silver beach for a nice Flathead on plastics and two Bream, Bay is fishing well and the water is still rather warm the next few weeks will see top fishing after all the rain as the Bay is looking good again.

Soft plastics work well in the shallow just off Silver beach.

Good mixed bag from Trevally Alley Sunday morning before the wind hit.
Good run of Trevally in the Bay now as we slide into winter.

Deep sea fishing report

Fishing Report
After a short week away we were back on the water today off shore fishing north from the Bay, Trolling produced well with small Bonitos along the coast, the shallow reef just out from the Wedding Cake Islang was quite only a few fish so we pushed wide and the water colour never changed, cold water or dirty from all the rain in the last week, we caught a few fish but slow, headed back to look for Flathead and found lots and lots of small ones and two better fish and a few Jackets to end the day.

One of the better Flathead caught today.

Well at last a good King from the Bay 80cm fish from the Third Runway.

The boys from DUX HOT WATER had a great day with

a good mix of fish from the Bay.

A strange one for the Bay, Alligator Gar

Solid King caught Easter Sunday off shore, top one Helen.

FISHING REPORTS

Easter fishing, well not to bad the Bay still a little dirty but I found Salmon, Bonito and one solid King all on live baits, Bream in good numbers 200metres off the Third Run Way on the run out tide.
Off shore was a little tricky today due to the weather but fishing wide produced a nice King Fish on our first drop and Morwong.

SYDNEY FISHING REPORT

After a tough day on the Bay we found a few good fish, Bonito and Trevally.

The boys Saturday from the ETTAMOGAH FISHING CLUB, good stuff.

The only Kingie from the weekend, Bay is still dirty but will improve
over the next few weeks.

Mac Tuna just off Cape banks trolling, Great Snapper bait.

Snapper and Morwong wide from Coogee on Wednesday.

FISHING REPORT

Breath taking weekend out on the water, I would say the first two great days for a weekend on the water all summer, and summer has finished.
The fishing again proved tough Saturday we found a few small Mac tuna just off Cape Banks trolling.

Bream have slowed and very tricky to find, both Saturday and Sunday we only found two on both trips.

Trevally are about but again moving around the Bay brought results.

So working hard will bring results, one 61cm King caught on Saturday.

Off shore Bonito trolling the coast early, Trevally in close on the shallow reefs and a few Sweep and out wide along with Small Snapper and a few Morwong.
