FISHING REPORT FOR SYDNEY
Last Wednesday fished well on the Black Fish Day in the Port Hacking River with a few fish caught around 40cm and great fun on light tackle.
A great weekend right across Sydney and the fishing proved rather good, Saturday had us fishing Botany Bay with Salmon around the entrance and few Trevally and some good Flathead all caught spinning Squidgies Soft Plastics in the middle of the Bay.
Sunday we headed north from Botany Bay and found Salmon schools as far as the eye could see, but a mother and baby whale kept us entertained for 20 minutes just hanging around our boat no more that 10metres away, unreal just magic, check out the Hook and the Cook Face book page as we have loaded a small video clip up from today, it should be up today or maybe tomorrow.
Headed wide to give the Snapper and Mowrong try and boated some great fish to end one of the best days on the water in a long time, to good for winter.
Black Fish Day last Wednesday was a ripper in the Port Hacking River.
