Well some rain at last along with a good south blow this will help with the fishing over the next few weeks that is for shore, alway good after a bit of rain.
The Bay last week fished well with Bream and Trevally in good numbers but this season so far has been a little on and off as far as the King, Tailor, Bonito and Salmon, maybe a late season into Easter like many years have rolled out this way.

Good Flathead caught wide from the runway on a salted Slimy fillet.

Saturday the 10th two spots open to fish Botany Bay.

Monday the 19th Bay trip three spots open.

FISHING REPORT
Well strange weather and strange fishing hot one day and tough the next that is how we found the weekend, Saturday worked hard for a feed so Sunday I ran the trip different and it worked well.
Bream in good numbers in the middle of the Bay with the odd Trevally and Flathead.
Third runway fishing well, Trevally Alley a little slow both days and over crowded.

Squid are in good numbers

Nice King and a First smashed the bait right on the last minute.

FISHING TRIP COMING UP

I have a few spots open this coming Wednesday to fish the Bay.

One spot open next Saturday to fish the Bay.

Wednesday the 28th Port Hacking Deep sea day Kings & Reef trip.

Wednesday the 7th Botany Bay trip, King Fish, Squid day.

Saturday the 10th of March Bay trip four spots open.

FISHING REPORT
Well a great week fishing Tuesday after many outings trolling all day I scored my first Marlin, You Tube clip will be posted soon, A Stripe Marlin about 70kgs at a guess caught trolling just past the Botany Bay wide FAD, Marlin was released to fight another day.
Saturday trolling early along the coast produced a few Bonito that kept all on there toes in sloppy conditions. The deep reefs were quite due to no drift.
Botany Bay also fish well with Bream off Towra Point, Trevally and Squid while trolling produced Bonito along the coast just before the southerly hit on Sunday.

FISHING REPORT
Great to finally get a good south blow last week as it will now fire all up as we found over the weekend fishing Botany Bay, Tailor, Bream in good numbers along with Trevally.
King fish fired on Sunday boating 12 good fish in the last hour of the trip right on the top of the tide.
Squid have also been good across the kelp beds in Botany Bay and if you spend the time with plastics working the bottom good reports of some good Flathead caught.
